Refund policy
1. Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Oil Paintings has different return policy inquire at painting page.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
- Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personal care, hygiene, or perishable goods (if opened or used)
- Customized or made-to-order products
4. Return Authorization
All returns must be authorized in advance.
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team with your order details
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions
Unauthorized returns may be rejected and returned to sender.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments
6. Refunds
- Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 3–7 business days after approval
We reserve the right to issue partial refunds if items are returned in non-original condition.
7. Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items
- If you need a different item, we recommend placing a new order after your return is approved
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once shipped, the return policy will apply.
